What do you think of Breed Specific Legislation?

I do not believe that it is an answer for anything. Punishing everyone for the deeds of a few is not going to solve anything. Instead of banning dog breeds I wish that the general public would see that it is the abusive, neglectful dog owners that need to be banned from having any kind of animal.

3/29 - HELP! Stray pit bull in danger

I know I haven't been of any help like I was hoping to be, due to financial problems that have hit me, but I don't know where else to go for help.

Currently I am at a friends' house in the Hickory Hill area of Memphis. There is a pit bull that has been running loose for a week or so. He is not neutered and is skinny.
